Does BRL have more recent water level data for <br />the referenced DH-48 well? Has the water level remained at or below the level of the <br />fault? <br />Paragraph 4 <br />Response accepted. The final approval of this application will include a stipulation that <br />any plan to mine B-Seam coal will require additional hydrology baseline and probable <br />hydrologic consequences work. <br />13a) <br />i) The spring data provided for May and June 1996 do not include full site analyses. Two to <br />three analyses were recommended. It appears that several springs exhibited sufficient flow to <br />allow such sampling. Why were the analyses not performed? Please provide any additional <br />available data. <br />ii) The pond data obtained for May and June 1996 are accepted. Have additional observations <br />been made through September 1996? If so, please provide the data. <br />iii) Please provide monitoring data for the upper and lower Deer Trail Ditch sites for the <br />remainder of the 1996 irrigation season. Data should be provided through September 1996 (or <br />until ditch water is shut off'). <br />
