This letter is organized using the same numbering <br />scheme as was used in our August 9, 1996 adequacy letter. This letter addresses only those issues <br />which were not resolved with the August 9, 1996 letter. <br />2.03.6 -Right of Entry Information <br />5) Response accepted. <br />2.03.9 -Personal Iniury and Property Damage Insurance <br />6) Response accepted. <br />2.03.10 -Identification of Other Licenses and Permits <br />7) Air Emissions Permit(s) -Please provide the applicable permits when obtained. <br />NPDES Permit(s) -Submittal accepted. Please be sure all NPDES-related requirements are <br />met. It is noted that the submitted NPDES permit expires June 30, 1997. <br />Permits to Store and Use Explosives -Provide the permits if and when obtained. Please be <br />aware that any blasting conducted at the site, including blasting conducted to develop surface <br />facilities must be approved and conducted in accordance with Rule 4.08. <br />Local Land Use Authority -Response accepted. <br />Well Permits - It is now our understanding that State Engineer's Office (SEO) well permits will <br />not be required for wells installed solely for the purpose of monitoring water quality and <br />
