S' '`
presented in Tables 26 and 30 of the permit application. The data
presented in these tables do not reflect the total ground water sampling
and analysis effort conducted to data at the Energy Mine No. 3 site.
Additional historic data for both bedrock abnd alluvial monitor wells is
contained in Tables 26 and 30 of the original Energy Mine No. 3 permit
application submitted by Energy Fuele Corporation in February, 1981
(CMLRD file No. C-036-81). All pertinent ground water level and ground
water quality data (i.e. all available historic data from sampling points
that are included in the applicant`s proposed Hydrologic Monitoring Plan)
should be compiled into the present permit application.
BESPONSB:
All available field monitoring and laboratory analysis data
have been incorporated into Tables 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30. Table 27 °
has been titled, "DSGS Stream Monitoring Data".
3. Ground water monitor well OS-FM-6 is identified on Map 4 as an
alluvial aquifer monitor well. This well is identified as a deep aquifer
monitor well in Table A of Exhibit 15 (Hydrologic Monitoring Plan). This
discrepancy should be corrected. If this well is a dual completion, it
should be identified as such.
&ESPONSB:
Well 008-FM-6 is a bedrock monitor well completed in the Wadge /
6~
overburden aquifer. Map 4a has been revised accordingly.
-4-
