Drill hole lags are presented in Exhibit 1. A number of logs for <br />monitor wells that are included in the applicant's Hydrologic Monitoring <br />Plan (Exhibit 15, Table A), are not contained in Exhibit 1. <br />Specifically, drill hole loge for the following monitor wells are <br />missing: 77-35; 77-42; 77-43; 79-6; 79-7; and AX-1. Drill hole logs for <br />these monitor sites should be included in Exhibit 1. <br />e~,/ <br />The requested information is contained in the attached sheets <br />entitled 'brill Hole Lithology" to be incorporated into Eahibit 1. <br />Please note that the log to Hole 77-43 was included in the original <br />submittal. <br />-2- <br />
