When is CYCC proposing to reinitiate the surface mining operations? <br />Rule 2.05.3(2) requires a detailed timetable sufficient to describe the <br />various phases proposed by the applicant. Therefore, CYCC should provide <br />a table showing the year each phase of the operation will be started and <br />completed. <br />BSSPONSS: <br />A timetable for each phase of the mining operation is presented <br />on revised Map 6a, Mine Plan. A timetable listing the completion of <br />backfill and regrade operations is presented on Map 10a, Spoil <br />Grading Plan. <br />Mine Facilities, Coal Handling Structures, Roads, Ponds, Impoundments, <br />and Diversions - Rules 2.05.3(3), 2.05.3(4), 2.05.3(7), 4.04 and 4.05 <br />A. Permanent Impoundments <br />Colorado Yampa Coal Company is proposing two excavated ponds as <br />livestock watering ponds. The ponds are the Mine No. 3 Detention Basin <br />and the Middle Creek Mine Detention Basin, presently being used in <br />sediment control. The Division has the following comments on these <br />proposed permanent ponds. <br />1. The two proposed permanent ponds are located approximately 1/4 mile <br />apart.
