Although the commencement of final <br />reclamation is many years in the future, the Division requests that Northfield include a <br />statement in the text stating that all necessary county and landowner approvals will be in <br />place prior to burying any demolition debris on the site. <br />Northfield Response: Statement regarding demolition debris was added. <br />DRMS: Response accepted. <br />5. On pages 2.05.3-9, 2.05.3-10, 2.05.3-11 and 2.05.3-12, Northfield discusses the portal <br />construction and use in addition to portal reclamation. The approximate dimension of <br />the parlal is 28 feet wide by 25 feet high. The method discussed for the sealing of the <br />portal is discussed on Page 2.05.3-12. Northfield states that the portal reclamation will <br />include the construction of a concrete block wall and sealing of the portal for at least a <br />distance of 25 feet. The Division requests that Northfield provide a diagram (or <br />diagrams) for the different sealing methods discussed. Additionally, please provide the <br />exact dimensions of the portal opening for bonding purposes. <br />Northfield Response: Requested information was added. <br />DRMS: Response accepted. <br />6. Page 2.05.3-10 of the Northfield application is Figure 2.05.3-3 -Decline Slope Profile <br />Typical Design. The text on the left hand side of the page ("Portal and Ramp Area ", <br />"Chandler Creek" and "County Road 79') is all upside down. On page 2.05.3-I1 Northfield discusses the use of a rail system for the transportation of <br />men, materials and supplies, extending approximately 100 feet into the yard.
