The approximate dimension of <br />the parlal is 28 feet wide by 25 feet high. The method discussed for the sealing of the <br />portal is discussed on Page 2.05.3-12. Northfield states that the portal reclamation will <br />include the construction of a concrete block wall and sealing of the portal for at least a <br />distance of 25 feet. The Division requests that Northfield provide a diagram (or <br />diagrams) for the different sealing methods discussed.
