Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) has completed the adequacy review of <br />materials received May 10, May 18, and May 30, 2007 for the Northfield Mine permit application. <br />Our original question is highlighted in italics, followed by the Northfield response (pazaphrased) <br />and the Division's current response. Where we still have remaining issues, I have bolded text ender <br />the DRMS response. Where we have related, but new question(s) based on the revised information, <br />the new question is numbered, for example 13a, and is also bold text in its entirety. <br />General <br />The application form indicates a proposed disturbed area of I S acres. Page 2.05.3-8 states <br />approximately 20 acres will be disturbed at the facility area. Please revise the application <br />form to indicate an estimate of disturbed acres that includes the facility area and the <br />proposed ventilation fan area.
