generated during Phase "A" back into the mine were developed and
are attached and included on page 4-75r of the application.
Qperations on Lands Subject to Limitations or Prohibitions - Rule
2.67.6
Storm King Mines does not propose coal operations on any lands
subject to limitations or prohibitions described in CMLRD
regulations. There are no dwellings within 366 feet of the Phase
"A" Permit Boundary. A statement by Storm King Mines is provided
(attached) as an insert to the permit application to verify this
fact.
We at Storm King Mines have diligently pursued completion of our
application documents. I would also like to thank all of you at
the Division who have also worked so hard to complete our file
and obtain the findings necessary for Permit approval. I hope
this submittal provides all of the necessary information required
to complete this phase of permitting and publish Public Notice
before the end of the year. Once again thank you very much for
your assistance.
Sincerely,
~r j~`jsw~s~~,
E. Peter Matthies
Attachments
