Aouatic Habitat
Aquatic habitats are described on page 4, Tab 11 but are not
delineated on Exhibit 11-1.
Please delineate aquatic habitats on Exhibit 11-1, including an
explanation in the key.
19. Possible Presence of Threatened and Endanaered Species
The possible presence of threatened and endangered species is not
fully addressed or listed in the section of the permit application
entitled, "Fish and Wildlife Resources". The first paragraph of
the section of the permit entitled "Threatened or Endangered
Species" includes a statement that "No federally listed threatened
or endangered species or species or high Federal or State interest
occur within or immediately adjacent to the proposed loadout permit
area...." despite the fact that few surveys have been made of the
area. The later section does not reference all possible species of
concern, for instance the humpback chub or the blackfooted ferret.
Please list all relevant species of concern in the lists of
possible species in the section, "Fish and Wildlife Resources".
