I am sorry that I didn't make myself totally clear when I asked for <br />the vegetation information. I did have your letter dated July 25 and the <br />vegetation baseline outline. What I did want was the draft vegetation sampling <br />requirements by Carol Pahlke. <br />Included is additional material needed for our present Mining and Reclama- <br />tion Plan. The material and the location to file it in the Plan are as follows: <br />Revised Affected Land Map to include the proposed enlargement <br />of the refuse disposal area. (Exhibit C) <br />Revised Coal Pile and Screening Area Map to include proposed drainage <br />for the loadout facilities. (Exhibit C) <br />Revision to the refuse disposal plan to include a larger area. <br />(Exhibit D following page D-13) <br />Stability analysis for refuse disposal area done by Armstrong <br />Engineering. (Exhibit D or back folder pocket with sediment <br />pond stability analysis) <br />Letter from Fox and Associates concerning stability of the sedi- <br />ment pond. (Include with Fox and Associates stability analysis) <br />Sediment control for the loadout facilities (Exhibit G following <br />page G-9) <br />Leroy Black of Ute Engineering in Delta is inspecting construction of the <br />sediment pond.
