AND ELEVATIONS AND 2) .SUBMIT A REPORT CERTIFIED BI' A QUALIFIED REGISTERED
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER THAT STATES THAT THE POND WAS CONSTRUCTED
ACCORDING TO THE APPROVED PLAN CONTAINED IN THE APPLICATION.
With the acceptance of the above stipulation the Division finds the
application in compliance with this section.
