This letter con- <br />stitutes the 60-day notification of preliminary findings as required by <br />2.07.4 (1) of the Colorado Rules and Regulations. The preliminary <br />nature of the enclosed comments is stressed as this point. Additional <br />information may be required as the review continues. <br />The Division's decision to approve, deny, or modify the application or <br />continue the review after the 120-day review period expires, depehds largely <br />on how rapidly Grand Mesa is able to respond to this letter. Please <br />submit any requested information in a form which can be readily included <br />in the present application. <br />I recommend that after you have reviewed the enclosed comments we schedule <br />a meeting to Q'iscuss the issues.
