This letter con-
stitutes the 60-day notification of preliminary findings as required by
2.07.4 (1) of the Colorado Rules and Regulations. The preliminary
nature of the enclosed comments is stressed as this point. Additional
information may be required as the review continues.
The Division's decision to approve, deny, or modify the application or
continue the review after the 120-day review period expires, depehds largely
on how rapidly Grand Mesa is able to respond to this letter. Please
submit any requested information in a form which can be readily included
in the present application.
I recommend that after you have reviewed the enclosed comments we schedule
a meeting to Q'iscuss the issues. If you have any questions, please
crontact Fred Banta or myself.
Recl m t p
Si rely
`.-
d~~
DAN MA HEWS
a a ion S ecial st
DM/mt
Enclosure
