This memo contains my adequacy comments <br />regarding all geotechnical topics except subsidence. Because of other <br />commitments next week, I anticipate completing my subsidence review by <br />Friday, March 22nd. <br />I have attempted to prepare my geotechnical adequacy comments in the <br />electronic format you specified.
