In addition, Cyprus will waive, hold harmless and fully ind-9mnify Surface Owner against any and all penalties or clarges imposed upon Surface Owner by fedaral , state or local authorities on account of Cyprus ' failure to comply with all laws, ruloo, regulations or orders UL such authorities. 7.
