r..:
Bob Liddle
November 18, 1982
Page 2
that location were not correctly maintained to offer the sediment
control that was intended. Both of these concerns will be resolved
during the construction period mentioned in Item 2.
Item 4 - The federal inspector noted that some general upgrading in
the ditches along side the road should take place. Mr. Mitchell
informed me that this clean up work would be performed during the
construction phase mentioned above.
Item 5 - The federal inspector noted that the haul road certification
or sediment control certification were not filed at the office. Both
of these items have been committed to during the permit application
process and both items are involved in this final engineering and
construction phase at the sight. The certifications will be completed
after the sight is upgraded to meet the terms of the permit application
and those records will be filed at the mine office.
All the above items will be completed by December 10, 1982 and seeding of
the areas mentioned in the previous inspection report of Mined Land Reclamation
will be completed shortly thereafter as snowfall allows.
Yours truly,
Wl9..Q~.•'~ 5. 1 ~
William S. Tate
Senior Engineer
/lr
cc: Julian Mitchell
Marvin Adam
