The geology and hydrology map pursuant to Rule 2.04.5. <br />b. The soils map pursuant to Rule 2.04.9. <br />c. The vegetation map pursuant to Rule 2.04.10. <br />d. The reclamation map pursuant to Rule 2.05.5. <br />Rule 4.0: Performance Standards <br />Blue Flame's permit appliation does not address any of the performance <br />standards of this rule. To assist Blue Flame in providing this very necessary <br />information, the Division has addressed each of the applicable performance <br />standards below that Blue Flame will need to address. <br />4,02 Signs and Markers <br />Blue Flame should specify the location of the identification sign and the type <br />of perimeter markers to be installed around the affected area. <br />4.03 Roads <br />Blue Flame should specify the design of the haul roads at the site and their <br />compliance to Rule 4.03.1(3). Also, Blue Flame should specify the drainage <br />control systems to comply with Rule 4.03.1(4). <br />Blue Flame need not address Rule 4.03.2 or 4.03.3 since there are no access <br />roads or light-duty roads at this site. <br />4.04 Support Facilities <br />Blue Flame should address how the support facilities will comply with the <br />provisions of this rule. <br />4.05 Hydrologic Balance <br />1. Blue Flame should discuss how the proposed diversion ditches and sediment <br />pond comply with Rule 4.05.3 and 4.05.6, respectively. The Division <br />suggests a staff gauge be installed in the sediment pond to demark the <br />60% sediment clean out level. If Blue Flame believes a sediment pond is <br />not necessary, then a discussion pursuant to Rule 4.05.2(3) should be <br />provided. <br />
