Rule 2.10 requires that permit area maps be at a scale of 1:6000.
The alluvium of Harvey Gap Drainage must be mapped, and the depth, width, and
occurrence of ground water in the alluvium must be described.
alC
Tune appllcatlon does not contain chemical and physical analyses of
strata immediately above and below the coal seam to be mined, or other stratum ()lL
which would be affected. Given the mining plan at Eastside, analyses of shale
splits and rib material which would be disposed of on the surface must be
provided.
G,-~a ~llL ~ ~ /
pp,~/ The appllcatlon does not contain the results of a geotechnical ac L-
"investigation of the proposed waste disposal site as required by Rule
2.05.3(9) and Rules 2.05.3(6)(b) and (c).
