BRL has decided not the install an upland diversion ditch directly above the <br />topsoil stockpile. There will be a haul road ditch upgradient of the topsoil stockpile; <br />however, due to the ditch location, there will be a 0.5 acre area that drains to the topsoil <br />pile. This area must be monitored to ensure that topsoil pile erosion does not occur. Such <br />erosion may result in enforcement action. <br />Concerning the cover fill stockpile, the revised calculation worksheet (Appendix C), for <br />"temporary upland diversion for cover fill" shows an input discharge of 26.80 c.f.s. <br />
