Please review county real estate records for ownership changes and <br />make the necessary corrections to Map 1 and the permit text. Secondly, ownership of the <br />surface and coal is not cleazly and accurately identified on Map 1, Land Use. The permit <br />text states that "unless otherwise noted, rights include both surface and minerals". In that <br />case, the Zak pazcel is to be mined yet they are not listed as mineral owners.
