PENNSYLVANIA WEST COAL CORPORATION
777 Main Avenue, Ste. #211
Durango, CO 81301
November 2, 1992
Division of Minerals and Geology
DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
1313 Sherman Street, Room 215
Denver, CO 80203
RE: HYDROLOGY. COAL GULCH APPLICATION C-92-079
Dear Ms. Begej:
- ~ Having reviewed the old files in detail, it would appear that the hydrologic concerns
were thoroughly investigated in September 1986. Steve Renner was involved in the
process and can probably enlighten you on what transpired. I feel that Fred Johnson's
report dated September 25, 1986, clearly illustrates the geology and hydrology of the
permit area.
I have therefore
decided
//~~
to fax to you, in advance of my letter, Johnson's report.
Yours truly,
Paul Baker
PENNSYLV,
WEST COAL CORPORATION
Enclosure
