Geocraphic Location of Contractors <br />HGTI: HGTI believes that there are plenty of local contractors who can perform <br />the reclamation and come in with the lowest bide. <br />DMG: DMG agreed to substitute Steamboat Springs for Grand Junction. <br />6. Access to Ponds for Reclamation <br />HGTI: HGTI believes that the ponds are accessible from the Tie-Across Haul Road. <br />DMG: DMG agreed. <br />5.
