HGTI does not wish to continue to operate <br />under HG Coal's permit after that date. <br />DMG: Larry discussed with HGTI what was involved in getting a permit to them by <br />that date, especially the drafting of a findings document. Larry expressed his <br />belief that there were no issues that would seem to be of such a nature that a <br />permit could not be accomplished by June 15, 1993 and that it ie our intention <br />that HGTI have a permit by that date and preferably ASAP. <br />The Following PAR Concerns Were Discussed and Agreements Reached: <br />1. Identification of Interests <br />DMG: Departure dates are required for the AVS compliance check. <br />HGTI: Will submit departure dates for the names requested. <br />5. Change in Affected Acres <br />HGTI: The change in affected acres resulted in the addition of only one acre. <br />DMG: Thin concern has been addressed. No increase in application fee ie <br />required. <br />11. Macs <br />HGTI: Concern of engineers that maps displaying surface and mineral ownership <br />will be drawn utilizing Autocad using legal descriptions. This will result in <br />some inaccuracies between data points. <br />
