adjacent uplands. Not a wet site.
G. Big Sagebrush/Low Sagebrush

3. Woody Plant Density - 15 minimum samples; after 15, to
adequacy or 30 maximum.
4. Low sagebrush type restricted to heavy soils at lower
elevations. During June spring flora check, field mapping
to break out low sagebrush type. If feasible, big
sagebrush areas into V.B. above and low sagebrush type
sampled at a reduced level if type acreage is reduced
(15-20 samples maximum).
H. Grass/Wyethia
1. Qualitative descriptions with a few representative cover
transects.
2. T and E inventory.
3. Insignificant type restricted to heavier soils on sloping
higher elevations.
