1. Revising, if possible, those ponds and related ditch
configurations which are over 10 feet in height, pur-
suant to Colorado State Engineer requirements;
2. Development of specific alternatives for handling the
runoff from the areas tributary to the sumps;
3. Identify and size all crossings requiring the installa-
tion of culverts;
4. Continue finalization work, as directed, upon receipt of
vour comments and scheduling for both the Kerr and Mine
No. 3 projects.
