The rotated wind rose in Figure 9.9-1 was taken <br />I <br />directly from the West Central Colorado Coal EIS which addressed <br />this operation on a site specific basis. As no site specific <br />meteorological data was accumulated, the wind rose was presented <br />to show general meteorological conditions of the area. <br />3. The meteorological station in question was located <br />in Spink Canyon, to the north of the McClane operation and is <br />not site specific to the mine as noted in Section 4.9. <br />3' <br />2.04.9 <br />1. Methodology for sampling and description of soil <br />~ horizons has now been described in Section 4.7.2 (page 4-60). <br />I <br />2.
