OF NATURAL REi .'.3CE5
Exhibit C-VII in Appendix C of the application erroneously
2.03.10
d
Documentation indicating possession of an NPDES permit
I
I
~'
described the requested right-of-way in T. B S.; however, a
map was also provided to the BLM that accurately pinpointed
the requested right-of-way in T. 7 S. The matter has been
resolved with the BLt•1 and the error noted. Aside from this
explanation, no further action will.be taken by SEI in this
regard.
is not a requirement of the cited section of Colorado Regula-
tions. The requirement is that a listing be provided of permits
needed. The text (Chapter 2.0) clearly sholas that SEI is aware
of the necessity to permit any discharge from a point source
that the company is compelled to create to comply with design
regulations. As stated in the text, NPDES permits will be obtained
prior to commencement of construction. The necessity for NPDES
permits has now been identified in Appendix E, as well as the
status of these permits.
The Garfield County Special Use Permit/Status and the Mesa
County Conditional Use Permit have been identified in F.ppendix E.
