Copies of applications for the modification of <br />Air Quality permits for the Munger t9ine and the Loma Rail <br />Loadout have been added to Appendix E. <br />2. The existing emissions permits cover all aspects of the <br />operation: SEI has, as noted above, submitted modifications <br />to these permits and has included these documents in Appendix E. <br />3. Site specific TSP data has not been collected. As <br />noted in Section 4.6, data collection at the Spink Canyon <br />site, located to the north of the permit area, was extremely <br />difficult. For this' reason, it is felt that the data is <br />incomplete and therefore has not been provided. <br />3' <br />2.05.6(2) <br />1. No power lines are proposed for use within the permit <br />area. <br />2. All data collected relative to the wildlife monitoring <br />program will be provided to the regulatory authority on an <br />annual basis. <br />2.05.6(3) <br />1.
