The existing emissions permits cover all aspects of the <br />operation: SEI has, as noted above, submitted modifications <br />to these permits and has included these documents in Appendix E. <br />3. Site specific TSP data has not been collected. As <br />noted in Section 4.6, data collection at the Spink Canyon <br />site, located to the north of the permit area, was extremely <br />difficult. For this' reason, it is felt that the data is <br />incomplete and therefore has not been provided. <br />3' <br />2.05.6(2) <br />1. No power lines are proposed for use within the permit <br />area. <br />2. All data collected relative to the wildlife monitoring <br />program will be provided to the regulatory authority on an <br />annual basis. <br />2.05.6(3) <br />1. Tables 2.5-1 and 2.5-2 have been added to outline, in <br />detail, the water quality monitoring program including the <br />method of collection and reporting data. <br />2.
