Per discussions relevant to this comment, SEI has <br />provided information on the haulage of rock from McClane <br />3' <br />Canyon to the waste rock site in the Munger Permit Area:- It <br />is understood that the permitting of the underground develop- <br />ment waste rock disposal site can proceed with a stipulation <br />regarding reclamation. <br />Section 3.7 (page 3-20) has been modified to address the <br />abandonment of Munger Canyon relative to the fill area used <br />jointly for the Munger and McClane operations. <br />' 2., 3., 4. Geotechnical aspects of the waste rock disposal <br />site have been addressed in Section 2.2-5 with an embankment <br />analysis provided as Appendix N. <br />5. The design plan drawings and analyses have been <br /> <br />certified by a registered professional engineer. <br />2.05.9 <br />1.
