COMMENTS:
The following issues were addressed:
1. DMG requests ownership/sale information. Peabody will
submit packet.
2. DMG to publish notice of activity within 100 feet of
road. Public can request hearing.
3. Peabody will put all references to C-80-004 and Seneca II
West permits into permit.
4. DMG asked who is doing water monitoring associated with
Loadout. Peabody doing NPDES as of first quarter, 1993.
HG Coal doing the rest until HG Loadout permit approved
and transfer takes place (according to phone conversation
with Jim Kiger 2-18-93).
5. DMG reports no big issues, just paperwork involved in
PAR.
6. Peabody has found sales for HG Loadout.
7. Peabody has cleared up boundary discrepancies on maps to
account for ditches outside HG Coal's earlier permit area
boundaries (and as previously submitted by Peabody).
This will result in overlapping boundaries for Seneca II
