DMG requests ownership/sale information. Peabody will <br />submit packet. <br />2. DMG to publish notice of activity within 100 feet of <br />road. Public can request hearing. <br />3. Peabody will put all references to C-80-004 and Seneca II <br />West permits into permit. <br />4. DMG asked who is doing water monitoring associated with <br />Loadout. Peabody doing NPDES as of first quarter, 1993. <br />HG Coal doing the rest until HG Loadout permit approved <br />and transfer takes place (according to phone conversation <br />with Jim Kiger 2-18-93). <br />5. DMG reports no big issues, just paperwork involved in <br />PAR. <br />6. Peabody has found sales for HG Loadout. <br />7. Peabody has cleared up boundary discrepancies on maps to <br />account for ditches outside HG Coal's earlier permit area <br />boundaries (and as previously submitted by Peabody). <br />This will result in overlapping boundaries for Seneca II <br />
