This must be clarified. The e is no data submitted on the minimum, max- / ~num, and average discharge conditions of htunger and East Salt Creek. The tributaries which are referenced on page 4-7 / and the ephemeral drainageway referenced on page // 4-9, should be identified (by name, if in existence) on a map. The map reproductions of surface hydro- logy (Figures 4.2-1 and 4.2-2) need to be more clearly illustrated to show Munger Creels, East Salt Creek, and any tributaries. / The status or issuance of a NPDES Permit is not indicated in the application and must be. The applicant has not provided any description of the existing and adjudicated surface water rights for downstream water users of East Salt Creek and ~/ any other applicable stream or creek.
