To facilitate such <br />a cohesive narratlva descrlptlon, Clio staff suggests that equipment <br />to Ise used and time tables be Incorporated directly into the narrative. <br />(2) First, the mina plan should clearly explain Cho type and extent <br />of surface disturbance at the present time with the narrative keyed to <br />11ap L. <br />(3) Then the plan should discuss the mining sequence In detail.' <br />(a) descrlptlon of topsoil removal - How much will be removed <br />In Inches?
