This review indicates many deftclencas ' <br />with the current applleation. .In general, the application does not <br />discuss the specifics of minl.ng and reclamation In sufficient detail <br />and lacks the deggee of environmental baseline information required <br />for the staff to recommend approval of the appllcatlon at this time. <br />Please submit this additional Information In the form of revised pages <br />and maps keyed to the page or. map number of the appllcatlon. <br />1. Exhlblt B - Index Map <br />The area outlined on the Index Map does not correspond with the legal <br />description g-van In Exhlblt A.nor with the permit boyndary outlined <br />on other maps In the appllcatlon. <br />II.
