2. Characterize the physical properties of the aquifers at r~tChDeB.Ln°,;
site per Rules 2.04.6(3) (a) (iii) (A) and 2.04.7(1) (b) . Perf'tfi`49°neCOf
aquifer pump tests on the Cliffhouse sandstone, the Menefee
and the Point Lookout sandstone to ascertain transmissivity,
storativity, porosity and both horizontal as well as vertical
permeability.
3. Provide lithologic logs and drilling notes on water
observations for the entire drill hole to supplement existing
geological baseline data, as well as to provide a framework
for evaluating the geochemical data and water monitoring data
which is collected.
4. Provide geophysical logging on each hole for gamma,
resistivity and density measurements.
5. Complete the drill holes to establish one monitoring well in
the Point Lookout Sandstone, and one in the Menefee. Submit
generic completion diagrams to the Division in advance of
installation to ensure agreement on the proper method of
establishing a monitoring well in the zone of interest.
6. Measure field parameters (pH, electrical conductivity,
temperature and water level) monthly, and full suite
parameters quarterly from wells whose casing volume has been
evacuated at least three times prior to sampling. The full

Submit the data to the Division as soon as it is acquired.
The correspondence between Pennsylvania West and the Executive
Director's office on November 3, 1992, suggests that the Division
concurred with Mr. Johnson's findings that the Cliff House
sandstone and the Upper Menefee would not serve as aquifers. The
Division did not agree with that finding and proceeded to request
that monitoring be done on a well in Section 16. As indicated in
