Characterize the physical properties of the aquifers at r~tChDeB.Ln°,; <br />site per Rules 2.04.6(3) (a) (iii) (A) and 2.04.7(1) (b) . Perf'tfi`49°neCOf <br />aquifer pump tests on the Cliffhouse sandstone, the Menefee <br />and the Point Lookout sandstone to ascertain transmissivity, <br />storativity, porosity and both horizontal as well as vertical <br />permeability. <br />3. Provide lithologic logs and drilling notes on water <br />observations for the entire drill hole to supplement existing <br />geological baseline data, as well as to provide a framework <br />for evaluating the geochemical data and water monitoring data <br />which is collected. <br />4. Provide geophysical logging on each hole for gamma, <br />resistivity and density measurements. <br />5. Complete the drill holes to establish one monitoring well in <br />the Point Lookout Sandstone, and one in the Menefee. Submit <br />generic completion diagrams to the Division in advance of <br />installation to ensure agreement on the proper method of <br />establishing a monitoring well in the zone of interest. <br />6. Measure field parameters (pH, electrical conductivity, <br />temperature and water level) monthly, and full suite <br />parameters quarterly from wells whose casing volume has been <br />evacuated at least three times prior to sampling. The <br />Division did not agree with that finding and proceeded to request <br />that monitoring be done on a well in Section 16. As indicated in <br />
