..: <br />-11- <br />XX. Bonding Rule 2.05.7(2)(b) and Rule 3 <br />The applicant estimates that reclamation of the site will cost 57,000. The <br />Division extimates that the minimum allowable bond under the Act of ten <br />thousand (E10,000) dollars is adequate. Given this, the following stipulation <br />is required: <br />Stipulation No. 4 <br />AN ACCEPTABLE PERFORMANCE BOND IN THE AMOUNT OF TEN THOUSAND (E10,000) DOLLARS <br />PAYABLE TO THE STATE OF COLORADO MUST BE FILED WITH THE DIVISION WITHIN FIVE <br />DAYS OF PERMIT APPROVAL. <br />XVI.
