Banta. <br />Division Director <br />Lillylands, Inc., File C-91-076 <br />find the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division's Proposed <br />or the Hamilton Coal Mine. Notice of the proposed decision <br />in the San Miguel Basin forum commencing Wednesday, <br />The first publication will initiate the thirty day (30> <br />iod for the Division's decision. <br />The proposed mine is located approximately 2 miles southeast of Naturita in <br />Montrose County, Colorado. The mine is a surface mine with an anticipated <br />ma:<imum production capacity of 300,000 tens per year. The coal to be mined is <br />privately owned and the surface to be affected is privately owned. The <br />proposed permit area encompasses approximacely 677 acres in the E1/2, El/2 <br />Section 32 and Wl/2 Sec*.ion 33, Township a6~J, Range 15W; NWl/4 Section 4 and <br />E1/2, NEl/4 Section 5, Township 4EN, Range 16W of the New Mexico Principle <br />Meridian. <br />Persons with an interest that may be adversely affected by the proposed <br />decision may request a formal hearing on the proposed decision before the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board.
