DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE <br />Drawing 125 Added three alluvial wells, AW-5, AW-6 & AW-7 and <br />one surface water monitoring point R-1. <br />The upper Naturita Creek monitoring points, N-1 and N-lA, <br />will be sampled quarterly and subjected to full suite analyses, <br />for four consecutive quarters, beginning during the third quarter <br />1991 and then monitoring point N-1 will be abandoned. The allu- <br />vial wells will be installed as soon as possible but no later <br />than the end of the first quarter of 1992.
