Permit Application Adequacy Review Responses File C-91-078 Dear Mr. Mount: RE~~~V~~ AUG 1 3 1991 Mined Land Reclamation Division Pursuant to discussions with the Division this date, the applicant has agreed to make a few final changes to the permit application. Four alluvial wells and one surface water monitor- ing point near the alluvial valley floor at the mouth of Bramiers Draw will be installed and monitored. The applicant previously proposed the installation of only one alluvial well for this location. A second upstream Naturita Creek surface water moni- toring point, N-lA, was also agreed upon. A minor change to the presentation of the reclamation bond estimate was also made. The following pages and drawings were revised and are included with this transmittal which incorporate the agreed upon changes. PAGE/DWG. DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE 2.05-20 & 20i Revised to state that the applicant concurs with the Division's reclamation bond estimate and explain that the applicant will slightly "over bond" to provide for future changes. 2.05-35 & 36 Revised the water monitoring program to incorpo- rate the three new alluvial wells and two new surface water monitoring locations. 2.06-3 & 4 Revised the section under alluvial valley floors to discuss the alluvial wells and surface water monitoring point. Drawing 110 Added three alluvial wells, AW-5, AW-6 & AW-7 and two surface water monitoring points, R-1 & N-lA.
