The pr~sed topsoil removal plan~r Eckman Park <br />(i~iap 42 indicates that topsoil strinpin~ will <br />commence in late 1979 and early 1980; at Energy <br />Mine `lo. 1 and 2 (Map 41) it will coraience in <br />1931.* Approximately 1.7 million yd3 of topsoil <br />will be removed and stoc}:piled in the Eckman Park <br />area during 1930. During the period of 1931 <br />through 1988, most topsoil removed will be innediate- <br />ly reapplied onto regraded spoil. <br />* Dates as presented in plan that will change <br />based on date of approval. <br />
