Simmons: <br />I have completed my reviec: of the revised materials submitted October 1 , <br />1979 for the Bourg application. 4ty revietr has revealed a number o r g <br />deficiencies Tahich must be corrected before the staff can recottunend approval <br />of [he application. <br />Additiottal comments will be forthcoming LLUIIr Lire staff hydrologist and from <br />the Division of [cater Resources. These will be forcrarded as soon as they are <br />available. <br />This review has been organized according to major categoric of concern, and <br />does not necessarily follow the format of. the application. <br />I. Legal Description <br />The legal description of the access road is inadequate. This legal _ ~~r~ <br />description must be accurate at least to the neares[ ~ 4 section. <br />Also, it is unclear at what point the access road enters the Bourg <br />property. Is the road accurately porl.rnyed on Figure 32? Or will _ Nc, <br />there be a Y at the boundary of property, as indicated b}' the mine . <br />plan maps? The applicant must clearly indicate the land for which <br />a permit is requested. <br />There appears to be a slight discrepancy between the total acreage <br />of affected lands (given to be 170.23 acres), and the sum of the _ D <br />Bourg property (160) acres) and the access road (10.36 acres), <br />please clarify. <br />II. .lccess Road <br />T'lre following information, pertaining to construction and reclam- <br />ation of the access road, must be providod: <br />
