These include offices, <br />shop, warehouse, bathhouse, tipple, unit train loadout, <br />power supply, and domestic xater and sewer. No additional <br />facilities would be required. <br />R°ads <br />Haulage and service roads would be constructed in compliance <br />with all regulations and to facilitate the logical extrac- <br />tion of the coal. Road construction would be accomplished <br />xith a motorgrader and a D-9 cat and water trucks would be <br />used for dust control. <br />B. C_26g1~ <br />Coal lease application C-26913 comprises 586.96 acres and is <br />contiguous to both existing U.S, coal lease C-081330 (Energy <br />Pit U1) and coal lease application C-22644 (see figure 1). <br />Should Energy Fuela be awarded a lease on this parcel, this <br />would also constitute an expansion of Energy Fuels Pit Ikt. <br />The description of the Nadge coal seam presented in the <br />proposal for lease application C-22644 applies to appli- <br />cation C-26913, and the reader is referenced to that <br />discussion. The total recoverable reserve base within <br />application C-26913 is estimated to be 1,526,175 tons. <br />21 <br />
