containing 120 acres of land, more or less and referred to
as the Eiteljorg Lease, but being merely a portion of the
federal coal lease bearing Serial No. C-0117192, issued by
the United States of America as Lessor to Harrison Eiteljorg
as original Lessee, dated June 1, 1965 as extended and
modified, insofar only as the above-described coal lease
covers the above-described 120 acres, recognizing that such
lease contains approximately 1,243.49 acres, the remainder
of which lands are not covered hereby.
2. It is the intent of this Amendment to include
additional lands under the Eiteljorg Lease only so that the
C coal seam operating rights are conveyed to Operator in
approximately 1120 acres and merely for the purpose of
providing sufficient C coal seam resources to the Operator
so that Operator may mine same continuously until February
29, 1980, the expiration date of said Agreement.
3. Except as amended and modified herein, said Agree-

ment shall be and remain in full force and effect according
to the terms and provisions thereof.
