Please refer to the <br />MOU when undertaking your review. <br />Please advise us if your require additional information. In order to for us to comply with regulatory <br />time frames, we request that comments be submitted to Tony Waldron, Division of Minerals and <br />Geology, at the above address by 5:00 p.m. on Apri123, 1996. If no comments are received by this <br />date, we will proceed on the assumption that your agency has no concerns with or objections to the <br />applicant's proposal. <br />A copy of the application is available for public inspection at the Delta County Clerk and Recorder's <br />Office and at the Division of Minerals and Geology in Denver.
