<br />EXPLOSIVES <br />Pre-Blasting Survey <br />The only structure adjacent to the permit area is an oil <br />well owned and operated by the M & T Corporation. There are no <br />other dwellings or structures within one-half mile of the permit <br />area. The applicant has agreed to notify M & T of its right to <br />a pre-blasting survey (p.13, Addendum I, Response to Preliminary <br />Adequacy Review) and therefore is in compliance. <br />Blasting Schedule <br />The blasting schedule is regularly published and contains <br />all required information. <br />Surface Blasting Requirements <br />The applicant is in compliance with requirements for: time <br />of blasting, warning and all clear signals; access control; fly- <br />rock; ground vibration; and airblast. <br />Blasting Records <br />The applicant proposes to prepare a record of each blast and <br />retain that record for a minimum of three years. The blasting <br />record contains all information required by regulation (see pp. <br />44-46 of the permit application). <br />-64- <br />
