The "best" season of <br />planting Baas identified in the Lust mine plan but <br />not committed to. Such planting dates are available <br />from the SCS. Section 817.13 rcyui.res the first <br />normal planting period. Spring planting; could he <br />completed i.f erosion control requirements dictated <br />such a planting time. <br />More information should be submitted for the <br />f.ollocoing items in this paragraph. No planting <br />methods are stated. Fertilisation methods, if <br />used, are not discussed. No indication of how <br />much mulch, how and at wha[ rates it cai11 be <br />applied, or how it will he anchored is provided. <br /> <br />
