This discrepancy <br />needs to be clarified. <br />A. surveyed list of existinti species must be provided. <br />Any knoem threatened or endangered species occurring <br />in or near the permit area should be mentioned. <br />A discussion of whether any migration routes arc <br />present in the area must be submitted. <br />A map showing migratory routes, ~.ainter ranges, <br />monitoring stations, and mitigation facilities <br />must. be provided. <br />(c) One report and a letter from the Colorado Di.visi.on <br />of l•1i1d1ife classifies the area a critical elk and <br />mule deer winter range while anoti~er letter states <br />that the permit area is not classed as key cainter <br />game range.
