Below is an outline of
our meeting with the decisions that were reached and other information we
discussed.
I) Previously affected and currently affectedZand may be
presented on two maps.
2) A representative stratigraphic section of the area should
be submitted of the general area to be mined.
3) When the NI West Submain is entered and extraction rates
proposed, this information must be forwarded to us.
4) This operation is being permitted under the premise that
no secondary mining shall be conducted. In the event of
a change in plans, a technical revision must be submitted
to the Division.
5) We require an estimate of the amount of material to be
taken out of the mine and deposited in the refuse
disposal site.
6) Dust control must be addressed in the application.
Supply a copy of the fugitive dust permit application and
explain how dust suppression will be accomplished. If
water is to be used, specify quantities and rights to
the water.
7) I spoke with Mr. Rick Karlin at the State Health Depart-
ment and he informs me that you have to request an
exemption from the Class A operator to discharge your
r,.~., r r a ~
