I was irtpressed 1•~ith the revegetation
work done, the results obtained and the plans fior future vege-
tation.
Pit 3 and the Fish Creek reseeding look exceptionally good in
spite of the grotring season drought this year. For grass
vegetation to look that good in this kind of year root develop-
ment and plant vigor must be very good.
In view of the vegetation production and plant vigor expressed,
I am certain that livestock could b2 grazed on both areas, with
proper management, without any detrimental effects on the stands
In fact if these areas are not .utilized, stand deterioration,
through excessive litter accumulation and the absence of growth
stimulation, will be noticed in relatively short time.
Let me know if you need additional information.
Sincerely,
~~~~1~ z ~ ~. ~~~~f~ c~
Robert M.
