Both <br />Sections 782,17 and 784.11 should be considered revised to reflect the likely <br />1.3 million tons per year (tpy) production. Section 784.11 will require substi- <br />tute changes as follows: <br />To mine 1.3 million tpy, the Orchard Valley Mine will require four (4) operating <br />sections, with one spare section. It is expected that each development unit <br />will average at least 600 tons per unit shift and each retreat unit will average <br />at least 650 tons per unit shift. Map No. 2 Volume 6 of our submitted Mine Plan <br />shows the mining sequence which will be necessary to achieve the minimum sched- <br />uled productivity.
