<br /> <br />1st Quarter 1986: Continue panel development in western part <br />of mine. <br />2nd Quarter 1986: Commence sublevel development. Coal produc- <br />tion approaches 20,000 tons per month. <br />3rd Quarter 1986: Hydraulic mining production tests after <br />reaching crown pillar. Length of hydraulic <br />mining test depends on production rates and <br />coal sales. Evaluate test for productivity, <br />coal degradation due to fluming, monitor per- <br />formance, water quantity and pressures for <br />highest productivity. <br />4th Quarter 1986: Continue sublevel development west mine and <br />hydraulic mining test. Initiate formal feas- <br />ibility study and detail mine design. Develop <br />specification for surface and underground <br />equipment. <br />1st Quarter 1987: Formal feasibility study and final mine <br />design. Commence driving main entries into <br />East mine. Obtain permit for Phase B. Con- <br />tinue to mine hydraulically in West mine. <br />2nd & 3rd Quarter <br />1987: Continue west mine production and main entry <br />development East mine. Following permit <br />approval of Phase B order equipment and <br />commence installation of surface facilities. <br />4th Quarter 1987: Continue erection of surface facilities and <br />underground development. <br />
