EXPLORATION ACTIVITIES <br />We will do our exploration work and obtain our test burns <br />from the existing LaPlata #1 mine. We will use a 15 RU <br />Cutter to cut the coal, then drill and shoot the coal <br />after which we will load it onto the belt with a 5 ton <br />diesel load haul dump. From the belt line i.t will go to <br />the screening plant on the surface for pr.ocess.igg and <br />into respective sizing bins. Then on to the customers <br />for there respective test horns. <br />EQUIPMENT USED: <br />15 RU Cutter <br />Coal Drill <br />LHD Loader underground <br />Gallis Bolter <br />Belt Line after modifications at MSHA request <br />Coal Bins and Screening plant after completion <br />Loader to load coal onto trucks <br />Scale to weigh trucks <br />AL1 roads and surface disturbances are completed. A11 <br />drainage including ditches, culverts, catch basins have <br />been completed under our letter of understanding. Mine <br />property has been secured to keep the public out. <br />Existing Belt Line must he lowered to meet MSIIA safety <br />standards. <br />Coal bins and screening system must be completed to <br />meet test burn sizing requirements. <br />
